Are you a Vendor Planning a Vendor Fair at UCI?
It is in the best interest of our researchers to have access to vendor fairs where they can learn about new non-clinical research equipment, reagents, analytical kits and other tools. However, it is important that all participants adhere to University and School of Medicine policies and avoid conflict of interest (COI) issues.
In order to protect the interests of all involved, we have created a UCI SOM Biomedical Laboratory Tools Vendor Fair Planning Form. Please ensure this form is completed when your department or unit plans to host a vendor fair. This form will notify the UCI SOM Office of Research of your plans and we can provide guidance if necessary. We can also advertise the vendor fair via the weekly Research Insider email, if you choose.
A few summary points:
Please email the SOM Office of Research if you have questions.
