Are you a Vendor Planning a Vendor Show/Seminar at UCI?
It is in the best interest of UCI researchers to have access to vendor fairs where they can learn about new non-clinical research equipment, reagents, analytical kits and other tools. However, it is important that UCI employees and vendors adhere to University and School of Medicine policies to avoid conflict of interest (COI) issues.
Either the UCI employee or vendor must complete the UCI SOM Biomedical Laboratory Tools Vendor Fair Planning Form. This form will notify the UCI SOM Office of Research who provides oversight and guidance. The vendor fair can be advertised via the weekly Research Insider email, if requested on the form.
A few summary points:
Please email the SOM Office of Research if you have questions.
